In our busy world, we often bypass the space where we feel like we are thriving, instead vacillating between doing too much and exhaustion.  This session will have content on strategies and practices to help thrive more in your life.  We also encourage people to share their stories of how they have been able to create more of this space in their lives. (1 CME credit)

Sherman, LCSW, CEAP, Faculty and Employee Assistance Program Consultant. Retirement is a life stage transition which deserves thoughtful planning; not just from a financial standpoint but also from the realms of social, leisure, intellect, health, and continued personal growth. In this session we will discuss a strategy for these aspects of retirement planning such that anyone can begin to, or continue mapping out their path to retirement success. This is NOT a session about finance or benefits related to retirement. Come prepared to talk about your own thoughts about the psychosocial aspects of your retirement plan as we hope to have time to share these important stories and ideas. (1 CME credit)

Play is more than fun.  It is the essence of our happiness, health, creativity and innovation; however we are easily pushed and pulled away from it as we live day to day.  This seminar will teach us the purpose, power and value of Play at every stage of our life.  We will learn about our unique Play personalities and how to intentionally foster Play in our daily lives.
