Overview & Task Force Objectives

Susan Pollart, MD, MS, Senior Associate Dean for Faculty Affairs & Faculty Development, and Troy Buer, PhD, Director of Faculty Development provide internal leadership for the StandPoint initiative and partner with the UVA StandPoint Task Force on all aspects of survey administration and action planning. Members of the Faculty Affairs and Development Advisory Committee will comprise the StandPoint Task Force and help:

• Promote the survey within the SOM to assure optimal participation
• Assist with the selection of custom questions for inclusion in the survey
• Consider survey results and developing a communication plan for result distribution
• Facilitate action planning based on our results and comparison of our data to peers and national benchmarks.

Project and administrative support will be provided by: Ashley Ayers, Senior Manager for Faculty Development Programs, Office of Faculty Affairs and Faculty Development, and Sue Weiss, Senior Administrative Assistant to Susan M. Pollart, MD, MS, Office of Faculty Affairs and Faculty Development.
